Winemaking: The grapes of Tinta Roriz harvested in September were vinified immediately after the receipt of the grapes in the winery.
The clear must was decanted to 14ºC for 48h, fermented at controlled temperature of 16ºC after which it has matured for two months in American oak barrels .
